Made of 8mm thick HDPE plastic, this new version adds some improvements. The AXP skid plate offers better protection on each side of the fuel tank by covering the fuel pump and adding a foam pad in between to avoid friction and slivers of paint. The redesigned skid plate makes the fitment easier with the KTM fuel pump. The mud guard is now placed in front of the plate to prevent it from melting and its new shape avoids any issue with the front fender. The welds have been modified and reinforced thanks to 4mm alloy parts placed inside of the plate. A small hole on the right side of the engine guard allows to pass the hose through.
